Hi, my name is Kimberly Barcenas, but I like to go by Kimmeh! By day, I’m a designer; by night, an artist. I am a passionate creative who ventures into different forms of artistic mediums; my current focus is on graphic design and digital illustration projects. My forte is logo design, marketing design, and expressing myself through digital drawings. I enjoy creating purposeful designs, and I continually challenge my creativity as an artist by creating an array of illustrations that tell unique stories.
I studied at California State University, Fresno for Animation & New Media, but little did I know that my most popular request from colleagues and friends would be to create logo designs for them. Before I knew it I dove deep into the world of design and started learning design on my own. My digital art career started right after I found Loish, one of the biggest digital artists in the industry. I then merge my artistic skills with my graphic design knowledge to later learn how to produce stickers, vinyl decals, and even custom designs.
As a creative, my goal is to create artwork or designs that are both thoughtful and purposeful, whether through collaborative projects or in curating my solo art exhibitions.
